Based on conversations with our district assistant superintendent and the principal from campus of my target population, revisions to my action research plan are included below (in red). I encourage each of you to post comments as I continue to describe the process and progress implementing the plan over the upcoming months. Thank you each in advance for your comments and critiques.

Thank you for sharing your edits. It was very helpful to see the changes in color, so we could see the growth of the plan.
Which of the Marzano strategies will you be starting with in your training for teachers?
I'm not positive yet. I know I'm not going to go in order. I want to survey the teachers and see if there any areas they already feel the strongest and start with their strengths. I also already do thinking maps training for our district which is a great tool for summarizing and compare/contrast. We will move forward from there. My assist. super would like the coaches to divide up the essential 9 and spread the wealth so we are all not having to do all 9 but also that every campus will learn the same...no more kingdoms and queendoms within our district. She has also asked that all the coaches take this plan and lead it on their assigned campuses while I am doing my research on my assigned campuses.
Sandra,
Great job so far with your action research plan. I'm glad to see you're revising and editing the plan, and working to refine the approach so that it is as useful as possible, regarding outcomes. Keep working hard, and I know you'll reach your research goals!
